What are the goals of the program?
  • For kids to come alive in the creativity , music and movement of a Jewish worship service at Romemu.

Describe the program/Methodology:
  • SpiritPlay: Shabbat morning prayerful, playful experiences for kids 8-12.
  • Spiritplay is comprised of prayer, story and music - magically mixed by kids. This interactive service will get you going for the whole day and give you the opportunity to rock to music, stories and movement in ways that you have never imagined. Following the service, in order to continue the fun and community, there will be a free lunch for all of those attending Spiritplay.

What is the structure of the program?

  • meets monthly on Shabbat mornings, followed by group lunch.
